Our fees are based on careful consideration of the time we believe it will take to deliver your project. We charge an hourly rate for work carried out on your project each month and we usually suggest a cap to the fees for any given stage. This is calculated with reference to current research into fee levels and RIBA guidance that takes into account location, complexity of project and whether the work is new build or involves the alteration of an existing building.
Projects are often structured around the services described on the ‘RIBA Plan of Work 2007’ which can be downloaded free at the RIBA Bookshop
